In related news, shortly after this item was released to the press, the world's most powerful electron microphone picked up a very faint sound from the direction of Gliese 581. Scientist couldn't be sure, but said it sounded an awful lot like a million voices muttering to themselves "Glorx zarn it! Dwarf Earthicans, that's ALL we blorx. We're glorped for sure. What's My Line?

So, the other day I was standing at the elevators, readying myself for the journey home. I had my iPod headphones in and was waiting quietly for the magic box to take me 24 flights down.

A few seconds later, a young man I've never seen before came around the corner from another part of the office and began waiting beside me. He was in his late twenties I'd say, dressed very bank-appropriately (which is more than I can say for myself), and had the air of a man whose multi-million dollar meeting had gone well... verrry well, indeed. I smiled politely and kept waiting.

Just then he pointed to my iPod and said in all friendly seriousness, "Listening to some rockin' tunes on that thing?".

Based on what you know about me, what was my response to his question?

1) You know it! Biddle-iddle-ow! (Air guitar riff.)

2) Actually, now that you mention it, these tunes are completely subpar rockin'-wise. The CEO of iTunes shall hear about this, mark my words!

3) SORRY, I CAN'T HEAR YOU, MY TUNES ARE TOO TOTALLY ROCKIN'!

4) Well, "rockin'" is a relative term. One man's Billy Ocean is another man's Ozzy Osbourne, and so forth, if you understand me. To answer your question, then, vis-a-vis rockin' tunes: It depends, but most probably no.

BONUS QUESTION: Was the tune I was listening to actually rockin'?

3) It depends, i.e. no
